The thermal insulation board produced by our company is a new type of soft floating riser developed by China Casting and Forging Research Institute, which has won the recognition of major steel mills with its high standard thermal insulation effect.
Products and processes are described as follows:
1, the weight of the insulation board is light: the proportion of the soft riser produced by our company is about 0.9t/ cubic meter, and the proportion of the riser currently on the market is about 1.3t/ cubic meter, which reduces the cost of using the manufacturer's riser.
2, insulation and feeding effect is good: due to the high proportion of heating components, fiber cotton and other components of the production of insulation board, the heating value after combustion is higher, so the ingot riser part of the cooling slow, the feeding of the product is better than the current market sales of insulation board, thereby improving the utilization of raw materials, reducing the production cost of ingot.
3, from the selection of raw materials meticulous, strict quality control, so that unqualified raw materials are not allowed to use. The high silica sand content used is more than 98%, so it is not easy to stick to the ingot, easy to clean, and beautiful appearance.
4, the dryness and strength of the insulation board: we use a thermal oil boiler, the dried products dry well, high strength, than other manufacturers of coal drying and water steam boiler in temperature and product quality has considerable advantages.
5, reduce the difficulty of cleaning the riser: in the process of shrinkage of the ingot riser, the ash generated by fiber combustion can isolate the riser and the ingot mold, so it ensures the appearance and smoothness of the riser.
